In compiling this list I have attempted to include as many as possible of those officers and men who joined the Battalion prior to the 1st July attack on Serre. I am indebted to John Garwood, Andrew Gill, Walter Holmes, Alan Mackay, Denis Otter, Steven Owen, Fergus Read and William Turner, for without their research this compilation would have been a far less complete work.
